Owner, Body-Mind Mentor
As I delved deeper into my being, I unearthed the profound connection between mind and body. Through mindful movement and meditation, I released emotions I'd carried for so long. I started to see that being deeply moved by emotion was a gift and that setting boundaries and sharing my journey authentically with others is how I can best honor it.
It's a privilege to walk alongside you on your path toward transformation, let's smell the flowers along the way.


Healing through transformation
From the beginning, this has been a space for rejuvenation. When the home was built in 1885,
this space served the family as a steam bathroom.
Now many years later, it will serve the community
as a space for Renewing Revolution.
Maintaining some of the raw walls and featuring historical pieces found around the home,
this is a space to honor the past while welcoming the healing power of authentic transformation.

A relaxed mind is a relaxed body
When we experience stress mentally or physically, our bodies will adapt to carry us the best they can. Sometimes this can look like tension as our muscles try to protect us from further discomfort. Because of this, the focus for each session is to help the nervous system relax into a rest and digest state. This helps the muscles let down their guard to receive beneficial care without the need for deep digging that causes next-day pain.
Body-mind focused care

BODY
restorative stretch, myofascial cupping, trigger point therapy, and other bodywork techniques are used to help release areas of tension
MIND
guided breath, energy work, sound therapy, and other healing modalities are used to help
ease stress levels

the combination of care connects us to how we can be mindful throughout our days to honor what our whole self needs
